known issues
- EEPROM lacks pull up on EECS
- Need 10K resistor pack for RE2 (has 1k)

- cut trace to RE2, pin3
- run wire from RE2.3 to UE1.1
serial numbers
- 1 - assembled 10-15-09; tested both isolated serial port; ISP not programed.
- has 1 ISP connector and uses ISP switch
- after addition of EEPROM - doesn't enumerate
