ECOs
- PFB1, PFB2 land patterns need to be reversed.
- PFUP1 should call out a RA header.
assembly status / build variations
- 1 - 10-24-09 : assembly completed, firmware loaded, seems to work well.
- local ISP connector populated w/right angle.
- populated the 9x1mm vertical connectors (PFB1, PFB2) backwards to correct for incorrect land pattern.

future changes
- put a 0 ohm shut at the output of the switching power supply - allows testing of the power supply and measurement of current.
known issues
- connecting PSER1c to the right angle SC port, appears to interfere with MPD comm
- need to think about the resistors used to or the signals - or install larger resistors on PSER1c.
