issues

no 5v regulator. Will probably add LM7805
RX3 is 10 ohms instead of 10k
replaced RX4 with 5.7k to deal with RX3
UI1 IN+ and - need to be reversed. (corrected in taos1a)
/E.LED signal is really E.LED (corrected in taos1a)
