replace 2.0ohm (or 5.6 ohm) gate drive with 30 ohm. R14,R15,R18,R19,R22,R23
On top of gate drive, add SOD-523 schottky diode (RB520S-30TE61CT-ND). The diode polarity band (cathode) should be towards the driver chips (U5,U6,U7)
