TEST ALL MALE BULLET CONNECTORS See example of how this device fails.
- Use 3.5mm male bullet connectors on the motor.
- Use 3.5mm male bullet connectors on the output of the WOW battery pack
- Use 3.5mm female connectors on the power board
SC/MC testing
- apply power with FUP power cable to MC FUP.
- connect wired (or BT) to SC FUP
FET testing
- connect FET to known good SC/MC with flex cable.
pyramid verification
- connect P to working SC
run over night test
- stress test a board set mounted in side plates
- using mode 7, measure the current offsets and record. copy values into statemachine.h
assembly
- run motor tests over night, installed in side plates
- actuator - measure / adjust belt tension - record value and date it.
- run BT communications wire
before K3
- insert both programming cables
- wait to install K3 last, VHB copper spreader to K3 (might fall out otherwise)
- red lock tight pyramid tube adapter into WOW pack
- connect BT mod to flexF midpoint, make sure to correct module for left vs right.
