issues

• no 5v regulator. Will probably add LM7805
• RX3 is 10 ohms instead of 10k
• replaced RX4 with 5.7k to deal with RX3
• UI1 IN+ and - need to be reversed. (corrected in taos1a)
• /E.LED signal is really E.LED (corrected in taos1a)
