MSP430 Adapt3 serial/USB interface board.

The adapt3 board interfaces the datalogger to the PC via a USB cable and the Olimex JTAG programming cable.

When working with the datalogger in the labatory, generally one should observer the devices operation with a serial port terminal emulation program such as SecureCRT or as a last resourt Hyperterminal

Serial Port Settings

  • Baud rate : 230,000
  • 8 data bits
  • 1 stop bit
  • no parity
  • Virtual COM port typical COM3
