Cut to bite size pieces and add to a large pot, the following items in order:

  • 6 lbs boneless skinless chicken (or pork loin, or beef rump roast)
    • Start cooking chicken then cut other items. When chicken is cooked, start adding other items below. Add water to keep water level with solids, and stir periodically. Keep at or near boiling.

After all items added, and boiled for 10 additional mins, remove from stove and add the following:

  • 1/2 lb lima beans
  • 4 lbs frozen corn

Stir and allow latent heat to cook frozen vegetables for 10 mins. Allow cool by setting pot in large water bath.
