- 1-11-2010 : recalibrate S02_2010_01_11
- 1-07-2010 : motor burned out; recalibrate S02_2010_01_08

- 10-12-09 : motor encoder appears to be non-functional
- 10-12-09 : configured EEPROM init and calibration tables.
- MC firmware : 1255 (version string indicates 1126, but its really 1255)

- 4-27-09 : has power board #006,

- 4-25-09 : MC#6 has trouble with reset.
- 4-15-09 : discovered that motor is defective.
- 3-28-09 : removed PB-200-001 - FET has exploded
- 3-27-09 : ball nut rubs against motor encoder cable.
