02-13-09 :New Thrust bearings, shim bearing sleeve, replaced out of spec large drive pulley, new NORGLIDE bushings & bolts, replace Bluetooth harness, replace battey power leads & flat cable connector on old rev control board. Needs new rev electronics for the show.

• Proto 2 / Right

• 02-19-09 :New Thrust bearings, shim bearing sleeve, new NORGLIDE bushings & bolts, replace battey & motor power leads, replaced flat cable and connector on State control. Vib motor connector has beem removed because of bad trace and missing pad.

• ~25mm diameter - (40 teeth), 6mm bore
• w/belt 26.32mm diameter

• large pulley radius could grow by 7.3mm (abs max) - although part of the pyramid is in the way. lathe to fix that.
• 39mm pulley has 62 teeth - for a ratio of 4.13!

  • 5-6-09 : battery pack dropped to 4.5 volts. Charged w/balance, no apparent loss of capacity.
